Focus on Workforce Skills – March 2023

The world of work is changing fast.  At this event we will give you the tools to manage, inspire and enhance your most valuable asset– your workforce.

We will hear from Sally White, Director and Founder of SYLO Beyond HR, alongside a panel of business owners and support organisations about the opportunities and challenges for businesses, including…

  • Recruitment – challenges and opportunities

  • Mentoring

There will also be the opportunity to visit an exhibition of support providers and businesses.

Who is this event aimed at?

Aimed at any business who employs staff or who is looking to take on new recruits.

This event is supported by Skill Up Bucks, a program designed to help SME businesses in Buckinghamshire identify and nurture future talent by creating opportunities for people aged 17+ to meet and interact with employers. The programme is funded by the European Social Fund and the Department for Work and Pensions.
