BRAInWAVE 2024 is the Buckinghamshire NHS Trust Research and Innovation Department’s premiere problem-solving conference.
What to expect
The aim of the event is to connect problems that frontline staff face with real-world solution builders, to make BHT a better and safer place to work.
There will be opportunities to hear from leaders in the field of clinical innovation, hands-on demonstrations of some of the innovations BHT is currently involved in, and workshops to start analysing problems and build solutions.
BRAInWAVE 2024 is an inaugural festival of innovation hosted by Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust Research and Innovation Department!
It will be an opportunity to discover all the work the Research and Innovation Department has done to improve the experience of our patients and staff across the Trust. The event will feature keynote speakers by experts in their field, an expo of new technologies we are bringing into the Trust, and a workshop area where attendees and experts can start creating solutions to problems faced in the Trust.
The event will be the culmination of an Innovation Challenge drive to identify problems and pain-points experienced by BHT staff.
​The Trust has been awarded funding to carry out solutions to high-impact problems identified at the event. BRAInWAVE is a fantastic opportunity for BHT staff to expand their CV and produce positive change at the place where they work.
